Data channel reception section108 receives a data channel when the control information is within a scope of thereception capability of the reception apparatus, while not receiving the data channelwhen the control information is out of a scope of the reception capability of thereception apparatus. Further, when the control information is out of the scope of thereception capability of the reception apparatus, transmission section 112 does nottransmit an ACK signal and NACK signal in response to the data channel.
