连接管理是指UE与eNodeB以及MME(Mobility Management Entity)移动性管理实体之间的连通性管理,是建立UE与MME之间的专用连接,用以进行UE所需要的各项业务,并在业务完成后对专用连接进行释放的一系列过程。
本文档包括了随机接入、信令连接管理和无线承载管理以及相关的工程应用内容。 本文档描述了以下基本特性:

LTE系统中,跟踪区TA(Tracking Area)可进行UE的位置管理,TA是通过TAI(Tracking Area Identity)来进行标识的,TAI由MCC (Mobile Country Code)、MNC (Mobile Network Code) 和 TAC (Tracking Area Code)构成。
为了减少因位置改变引起位置更新信令,采用注册多个TA的方法,由多个TA组成一个跟踪区列表TAL(Tracking Area List),TAL同时分配给一个UE,UE在TAL间移动不需要执行TA更新。网络中由MME决定分配哪些TA给UE。当UE移动到新TA(该TA不在其所注册的TAL中)时,需要执行TA更新。MME给UE重新分配一个TAL,新分配的TAL可以包含原TAL中的一些TA。
对eNodeB而言,每个小区只属于一个TA,其广播消息只需要广播一个TA的信息。MME发送寻呼消息时,向UE的TAL下所有小区发送寻呼消息。
AS接入层状态
接入层AS(Access Stratum)状态表示UE与eNodeB之间的连接状态,通过RRC连接状态来判断。所以AS层状态根据RRC连接是否建立分为空闲态与连接态两种。 在空闲态中,eNodeB没有UE的上下文,在此状态中,eNodeB可发送系统消息与寻呼消息给UE。
UE因为某个原因(业务请求、位置更新、寻呼等)需要和网络建立连接,则触发RRC连接建立,RRC连接建立后,则进入AS连接态。
在连接态中,eNodeB有UE的上下文,eNodeB可控制UE进行相关的数据传输、切换、通知UE相关调度信息、接收UE反馈的信道质量等信息以及发送系统消息给UE。
NAS非接入层状态
NAS(Non- Access Stratum)非接入层状态主要表示UE与MME之间的连接状态,根据UE的注册状态与专用S1连接的建立情况分为以下四种:
EMM
未注册状态(EMM-Deregistered)
当UE未接入网络时,MME没有该UE的上下文信息与位置信息,无法为该UE提供服务,即EMM(EPS Mobility Management)未注册状态。例如UE关机时,就处于该状态。
EMM
注册状态(EMM-Registered)
当UE接入网络,MME建立并存储该UE的上下文信息,可以为该UE提供服务,则该UE处于EMM注册状态。在此状态下,MME和UE维护该UE的TAL信息。UE开机并被网络侧接受后,就处于该状态。
ECM
空闲状态(ECM-Idle)
当UE和MME没有NAS信令连接即专用S1连接未建立时,该UE处于ECM(EPS Connection Management)空闲状态。在此状态下,MME没有该UE的上下文。UE空闲且没有业务处理时,就处于该状态。
ECM
连接状态(ECM-Connected)
当UE和MME有NAS信令连接即专用S1连接已建立,MME就建立并存储该UE的上下文信息,则该UE处于ECM连接状态。UE在处理业务时,就处于该状态。
NAS非接入层呼叫类型
Attach、Detach、Tracking Area Update、Service Request以及Extended Service Request都属于NAS过程。
在RRC连接建立时,RRC Connection Request消息中会携带具体建立原因,目前3GPP协议支持的原因有:MO(Mobile Originating)-signaling、MO-data、MT(Mobile Terminating)-access、Emergency紧急事件和highPriority高优先Access。
NAS的呼叫类型有源信令、源呼叫、被叫与紧急呼叫。当处于ECM空闲态的UE需要传输初始NAS消息,UE将请求建立一个专用S1连接,UE将根据NAS过程选择一个RRC连接建立原因用以通知底层连接建立的目的。NAS过程以及NAS呼叫类型与RRC连接建立原因的关系如表2-1所示。

当UE的RRC连接建立请求被拒绝后,UE再次发送RRC连接建立请求需等待一定时间。这个等待时间可通过定时器T302进行设置,在UE收到RRC连接拒绝消息时开始计时,而UE进入RRC连接状态或进行小区重选时停止。
连接管理概述
在LTE系统中,连接管理是UE与eNodeB以及MME之间连通性的管理,包括控制面连接与用户面连接。
连接管理所涉及的功能如图3-1所示,当UE因为某个原因(例如:业务请求、位置更新或被寻呼)需要和网络建立连接时,UE先要进行随机接入。随机接入过程完成后,开始建立从UE到MME的控制面连接,控制面连接包括RRC信令连接和专用S1连接,RRC信令连接是UE与eNodeB之间的空口信令连接,专用S1连接是eNodeB与MME之间的信令连接。控制面连接完成后,如果UE此次连接请求的目的是业务请求,则MME触发eNodeB进行E-RAB(E-UTRAN Radio Access Bearer)建立,eNodeB通过无线承载管理对承载进行建立、修改、释放等过程。 图3-1 连接过程示例图
上图中安全模式控制,是安全组网的必须过程,其内容不在本文档中介绍,其相关内容详细请参见《无线安全特性参数描述》。
随机接入RA(Random Access)
随机接入RA(Random Access)在LTE系统中起着重要的作用,是UE与eNodeB建立和恢复上行同步的唯一策略。随机过程分为基于竞争的RA和基于非竞争的RA。在基于竞争的RA过程中,接入的结果具有随机性,并不能保证100%成功;在基于非竞争的RA过程中,eNodeB为UE分配专用的RACH(Random Access Channel)资源进行接入,但当专用的RACH资源不足时,eNodeB会指示UE发起基于竞争的RA。
建立UE与网络侧连接
建立UE与网络侧的连接,包含建立信令连接和建立无线承载两个过程。
信令连接,是指对无线接入承载及UE和网络之间的连接进行控制(包括业务请求、不同传输资源的控制和切换等)。建立信令连接过程是指在安全模式建立之前的信令连接建立过程,包含了RRC连接的建立即SRB1的建立以及S1接口信令连接的建立。信令连接建立起来以后,一直到用户进入空闲状态才释放。
无线承载,是指传输通过接入网的用户数据。根据接续过程的顺序,为了描述方便,本文中的无线承载管理是指安全模式建立之后的E-RAB建立过程,包含了SRB2的建立以及DRB的建立。
在LTE系统中,一个UE到一个P-GW(PDN-Gatway)之间,具有相同QoS属性的业务流称为一个EPS(Evolved Packet System)承载。如图3-2所示,EPS 承载中UE到eNodeB空口之间的一段称为无线承载,eNodeB到S-GW(Serving Gateway)之间的一段称为S1承载。无线承载与S1承载统称为E-RAB。
信令连接使用SRB(Signaling Radio Bearer)承载信令数据,根据承载的信令不同分为以下3类SRB:
SRB0 SRB1 SRB2
承载RRC连接建立之前的RRC信令,通过CCCH逻辑信道传输,在RLC层采用TM(Transparent Mode)透明的模式。
承载RRC信令(可能携带一些NAS信令)和SRB2建立之前的NAS信令,通过DCCH逻辑信道传输,在RLC层采用AM(Acknowledged Mode)公认的模式。 承载NAS信令,通过DCCH逻辑信道传输,在RLC层采用AM模式。SRB2优先级低于SRB1,在安全模式激活后才能建立SRB2。
无线承载使用DRB(Data Radio Bearer)承载用户面数据,根据QoS不同,单个UE与eNodeB之间可同时最多建立8个DRB。

建立信令连接
信令连接是指UE和eNodeB之间的RRC连接,以及eNodeB和MME之间的专用S1连接。 信令连接建立由UE触发,首先UE请求建立RRC连接。RRC连接建立完成后,eNodeB开始建立S1接口的专用S1连接,从而建立eNodeB到MME之间的信令连接。专用S1连接建立完成后,表示从UE到MME的信令连接建立完成。
信令连接释放通常由MME触发,首先释放业务承载的E-RAB连接,然后释放信令连接的专用S1连接。MME也可通过直接释放专用S1连接达到释放所有S1资源的目的。
无线承载管理
无线承载管理是指安全模式建立之后的SRB2与DRB进行管理,包括DRB的建立、修改和释放以及SRB2的建立和修改。SRB2的释放不是通过无线承载管理来执行的,而是通过信令连接释放同SRB1一起进行释放的。
随机接入
本章节描述基本特性Random Access Procedure。
随机接入是UE开始和网络通信之前的接入过程,由UE向系统请求接入,收到系统的响应并分配随机接入信道的过程。随机接入的目的是建立和网络上行同步的关系,以及请求网络分配专用资源给UE进行正常的业务传输。 随机接入会在如下场景中触发:
Case1:初始 Case2:RRC
RRC连接建立,当UE需要从空闲态转到连接态时,UE会发起随机接入。 连接重建,当无线链接失败后,UE需要重新建立RRC连接时,UE会发起
随机接入。
Case3:当UE进行切换时,UE会在目标小区发起随机接入。
Case4:下行数据到达,当 Case5:上行数据到达,当
UE处于连接态,eNodeB有下行数据需要传输给UE,却发现
UE上行失步状态,则eNodeB将控制UE发起随机接入。
UE处于连接态,UE有上行数据需要传输给eNodeB,却发现
自己处于上行失步状态,则UE将发起随机接入。

随机接入过程分为基于竞争与基于非竞争两种情况:
基于竞争的随机接入,接入前导由
UE产生,不同UE产生前导可能冲突,eNodeB需要
通过竞争解决不同UE的接入。Case1、Case 2和Case 5属于基于竞争的随机接入。 eNodeB分配给UE,这些接入前导属于专用前导。
在这种情况下,UE不会发生前导冲突。但在eNodeB专用前导用完时,非竞争的随机接入就变成基于竞争的随机接入。Case3、Case 4和Case6属于基于非竞争的随机接入。
基于非竞争的随机接入,接入前导由
RACH为传输信道,仅用于传送随机接入前导。前导在MAC层就完成处理,因此RACH没有对应的逻辑信道。PRACH是RACH映射的物理信道,负责承载RACH。PRACH有固定的时频资源,时频资源的获得通过系统消息SIB2中的公共信道配置参数获得。
随机接入前导
前导概述
在UE进行随机接入的过程中,eNodeB需要为UE分配随机接入前导。随机接入前导为一个脉冲,在时域上包括一个CP的时间长度TCP,一个前导序列的时间长度TSEQ,剩余时域部分作为GP保护间隔(Guard Period),在频域上为6个资源块。
随机接入前导有5种不同格式,分别用于不同半径的小区。用户通过参数PreambleFmt设置相应的前导格式,通过参数CellRadius设置小区半径。举例说明,表4-1表示了不同的前导格式所对应的CP与序列长度以及小区半径。 表4-1 不同格式的前导信息示例 前导格式 0 1 2 3 4

前导序列通过导频信道估计技术的ZC(Zadoff-Chu)序列进行循环移位生成。ZC序列逻辑索引由参数RootSequenceIdx决定,取值为0~837;循环移位的位数由系统根据小区类型与小区半径决定。ZC序列的逻辑索引是循环连续的,即逻辑索引837的下一个索引为0。每个小区可以配置64个前导序列。如果ZC序列循环移位产生的序列数小于64,则对逻辑顺序的下一个ZC序列进行循环移位继续生成前导序列,直到序列个数达到64。ZC序列循环移位产生前导序列的详细内容请参见参考文档[3]。ZC序列逻辑索引和循环移位配置值包含在系统消息SIB2的PRACH-Configuration中传输。 根据随机接入分为基于竞争与基于非竞争的过程,UE需要选择使用随机前导序列或者使用eNodeB下发的专用前导序列,因此64个前导序列分为两大组:随机前导序列组和专用前导序列组。为了合理分配上行资源,随机前导序列组又可分为前导序列A组和前导序列B组。 一个小区有64个RA前导序列,分为两大部分: 用于非竞争接入的专用前导序列 用于竞争接入的随机前导序列,竞争接入的随机前导序列又分为 A、B两组: − 当UE需要传输的message3大小较小时选择A组序列(隐式的指定了无线信道质量较 差) − 当UE需要传输的message3大小较大时选择B组序列(隐式的指定了无线信道质量较 好) 对一个小区内所有的PRACH时频资源,分组的配置都是一样的。分组的信息由广播消息下发。 前导序列分组方式如下图所示: eNodeB周期性对非竞争接入过程中专用前导的分配情况和竞争接入过程中随机前导碰撞情况进行统计。eNodeB根据统计情况对专用前导序列组和随机前导序列组分组情况进行调整。 系统信息更新周期到达时,如果前导序列个数有所变化,则更新广播系统消息中的随机前导序列个数和A组随机前导比例。 随机接入流程 随机接入是UE在收到PDCCH的命令或者自身决定启动,基本流程如下: 步骤 1 UE将自身的随机接入次数置为1。 步骤 2 UE获取小区PRACH配置。 − 基于竞争的随机接入,UE读取系统消息广播SIB2中的prach-ConfigurationIndex信eNodeB通过RRC信令告知UE小区的PRACH配置。 元得到小区PRACH配置。 − 基于非竞争的随机接入,由 步骤 3 UE向eNodeB上传随机接入前导。 步骤 4 eNodeB给UE发送随机接入响应。 基于竞争与非竞争的随机接入流程在具体操作上会有所不同,下面章节将详细介绍基于竞争的随机接入流程和基于非竞争的随机接入流程。详细的随机接入流程请参见参考文档[4]。 基于竞争的随机接入流程 基于竞争的随机接入,若PRACH配置已经指定且还未过期,则UE可直接上传随机接入前导;否则,进行PRACH配置的获取。 在获取PRACH配置时,以下条件都满足,则选择随机前导B组,否则选择随机前导A组: 随机前导 如图 B组存在。 4-1所示的第三个消息中的调度传输块的大小大于随机前导A组的门限值。 路径损耗小于其门限值。 选定随机前导组别后,在组内以等概率随机选择一个前导。 图4-1 基于竞争的随机接入流程图 基于竞争的随机接入具体流程如图4-1所示。包含以下四个步骤:UE发送随机接入前导preamble、eNodeB发送随机接入响应response、UE进行上行调度传输scheduled transmission以及eNodeB进行竞争决议contention resolution。 UE发送随机接入前导random access preamble UE在PRACH上发送随机接入前导,前导发射功率PPRACH的计算具体请参见《功率控制特性参数描述》。UE将寻找下一个最近的PRACH,以功率PPRACH在指定的PRACH上发送前导。前导一般携带有6位信息:5位标识RA-RNTI,1位表示msg3上行调度传输时的传输数据大小。 eNodeB发送随机接入响应random access response eNodeB收到UE的前导后,申请分配Temporary临时的 C-RNTI并进行上下行调度资源的申 请。eNodeB在下行同步信道DL-SCH上发送随机接入响应,携带的信息有:RA-前导识别符preamble identifier,Timing Alignment 计时队列information,initial 起始的UL grant准许,Temporary临时的 C-RNTI。在一条DL-SCH消息中可为多个UE发送随机接入响应。 UE发送了前导后,在随机接入滑窗内不断监听PDCCH信道,直到获取所需的随机接入响应random access response为止。 如果收到的随机接入前导识别符 如果在随机接入滑窗中 RA-preamble identifier 与先前发送的ID一致,则UE认 为响应成功,然后将进行上行调度传输。 UE没有收到响应信息,或接收响应信息失败,则UE 认为接收响 应失败。响应失败后,如果UE的随机接入尝试次数小于最大尝试次数,则重新进行一次随机接入尝试,否则随机接入流程失败。 UE进行上行调度传输scheduled transmission UE在上行同步信道UL-SCH信道上传输上行调度信息,传输块大小由前导中的信息指定,但不能小于80bits。不同的随机接入场景,传输的信令以及携带的信息不同。 初始 RRC连接建立 通过CCCH传输RRC CONNECTION REQUEST,携带有NAS UE_ID,RLC TM且无分段。 RRC 连接重建 传输RRC CONNECTION RE-ESTABLISHMENT,RLC TM且无分段,不包含NAS消息。 切换流程中接入目标小区,因为没有专用前导而转为基于竞争的随机接入 在DCCH上传送RRC Handover Confirm,C-RNTI,根据情况还会携带BSR(Buffer缓冲器Status Report)。 其他情况 至少会传送UE的C-RNTI。 eNodeB进行竞争决议contention resolution UE在发送了Msg3(图4-1中的Scheduled transmission)后,启动竞争决议定时器。eNodeB在MAC层进行竞争决议,并通过在PDCCH上使用CRTN或者在DL-SCH上通过UE Contention Resolution Identity指示UE。 在竞争决议定时器超时前,UE一直监控PDCCH信道,若有以下两种情况,UE则认为竞争决议成功,并通知上层,断开定时器: 在 PDCCH监听到C-RNTI。 上行消息中含有CCCH上传输消息且在PDCCH上监听到Temporary C-RNTI,并且MAC PDU解码成功。 若竞争决议成功,则基于竞争的随机接入流程结束。 若竞争决议定时器超时,UE将认为此次竞争决议失败。失败后,如果UE的随机接入尝试次数小于最大尝试次数,则UE重新进行一次随机接入尝试,否则随机接入流程失败。 基于非竞争的随机接入过程 基于非竞争的随机接入前导是由eNodeB分配的,与基于竞争的随机接入相比,基于非竞争的随机接入减少了竞争和冲突的解决过程。 图4-2 基于非竞争的随机接入流程图 基于非竞争的随机接入流程如图4-2所示。 步骤 1 eNodeB通过专用信令为UE分配随机接入前导: − 切换时,源 eNodeB传送的HANDOVER COMMAND中携带有分配的前导。 层信令中携带有分配的前导。 − 下行数据到达时,MAC 步骤 2 UE在RACH上传送分配的专用前导。 步骤 3 eNodeB在DL-SCH上发送随机接入响应。 − 切换时,随机接入响应中至少包含计时队列信息 Timing Alignment information and 最 Timing Alignment information 初上行链路准许initial UL grant。 − 下行数据到达时,随机接入响应至少包含计时队列信息 和随机接入前导识别符 RA-preamble identifier。 随机接入回退机制 在LTE系统中,RACH的碰撞概率较低,RACH不会对其他上行信道产生干扰。但如果在一个PRACH上接入的UE过多,则会导致UE发生前导碰撞而接入失败。为了减少这种情况的发生,LTE系统中引入了回退机制,控制UE进行前导重传的时间。 eNodeB通过随机接入响应告知UE一个回退值,UE如果需要进行前导重传,则在0到这个回退值之间随机选择一个值作为退避时间,在退避时间结束后再进行前导重传。但在如下两种情况中不会执行回退机制: UE 在首次进行前导传输时,不会执行回退机制。 UE在进行前导重传时,不会执行回退机制。 基于非竞争随机接入的 建立信令连接 信令连接由Uu接口的RRC连接和S1接口的专用S1连接组成。信令连接是业务承载连接的前提,但并不是所有信令连接之后都会出现业务承载的连接。例如用户位置更新过程就是为了一个信令过程而不是为了业务承载。 信令连接处理提供了UE和MME之间信令连接的建立,以及信令连接和业务承载的释放功能,同时也为UE和MME之间的NAS消息服务。LTE网络信令连接协议栈架构如图5-1所示: 图5-1 信令连接协议栈架构 RRC连接建立 RRC连接是UE和eNodeB之间的层三msg3连接,RRC连接建立由UE触发。RRC连接就是建立SRB1的过程。在S1连接建立之前,E-UTRAN无法从EPC获取UE的上下文信息,所以RRC连接建立过程中不需要激活安全模式(SRB1不启动加密和完整性保护)。在RRC连接建立过程中可以配置UE进行切换测量,但只有在安全模式启动后,UE才接受切换命令。 RRC连接建立的具体过程如图5-2所示。 图5-2 RRC连接建立过程 RRC连接建立过程如下: 步骤 1 UE发送携带具体建立原因的RRC Connection Request消息在CCCH信道上发送给eNodeB。具体建立原因请参见“NAS层呼叫类型”。 RRC Connection Request消息中携带UE标识。如果上层提供了S-TMSI,则携带S-TMSI信息给eNodeB;如果没有S-TMSI信息,生成一个0 .. 240-1之间的随机数给eNodeB。LTE系统中,eNodeB对UE的IMSI信息不可见。 步骤 2 eNodeB收到RRC Connection Request消息后,为UE建立RRC连接。 步骤 3 eNodeB进行SRB1资源的准入和资源分配。 − 信令连接的准入不做判断,一律准入。 − 资源分配时,如果资源分配失败,则向 UE回复RRC Connection Reject拒绝消息。 资源分配成功,则继续后续流程。 步骤 4 eNodeB在CCCH信道上向UE回复RRC Connection Setup消息,消息中携带SRB1资源配置的详细信息。 步骤 5 UE收到的RRC Connection Setup消息指示的SRB1资源信息,进行无线资源配置,然后发送携带NAS消息的RRC Connection Setup Complete给eNodeB。 eNodeB收到RRC Connection Setup Complete消息表示RRC连接建立完成。 专用S1连接建立 一个完整的信令连接是包括UE和eNodeB之间的RRC连接以及eNodeB和MME之间的专用S1连接。RRC连接建立后,eNodeB收到RRC Connection Setup Complete消息后,将携带的NAS消息INITIAL UE MESSAGE发送给MME,开始建立专用S1连接。 图5-3 专用S1连接建立流程图 专用S1连接建立过程如图5-3所示。 步骤 1 eNodeB收到RRC连接建立完成最后一条消息RRC Connection Setup Complete,将给UE分配专用的S1APID,并将RRC Connection Setup Complete中的NAS消息和S1APID填入INITIAL UE MESSAGE消息中,发送给MME。 eNodeB连接多个MME的情况下,关于MME的选择,详细请参见《S1-Flex 特性参数描述》文档。 步骤 2 MME根据INITIAL UE MESSAGE中的NAS消息解析出此次网络连接的具体原因,根据网络建立的具体原因处理UE业务请求,为UE分配专用的S1APID。 步骤 3 MME触发INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP REQUEST消息给eNodeB,此消息包括UE上下文以及EPS承载上下文。 步骤 4 eNodeB收到INITIAL CONTEXT上下文SETUP REQUEST消息后,开始建立与UE相关的上下文。同时,eNodeB进行安全配置,根据收到的安全参数生成业务承载和信令使用的密钥。 安全算法选择是由eNodeB决定的,它通过比较自己支持的算法和UE支持的算法,选择一个双方共同支持的算法作为最终使用的算法,eNodeB通过Security Mode Command将算法配置给UE。安全处理过程详细请参见《无线安全特性参数描述》。 步骤 5 eNodeB进行业务准入判决与资源分配。 步骤 6 eNodeB通过安全模式Security Mode Command通知UE启动完整性保护和加密过程,UE通过消息中的安全算法获取密钥并开始下行加密。 步骤 7 eNodeB下发经过加密与完整性保护的RRC Connection Reconfiguration重配消息,用于SRB2与DRB的建立。 步骤 8 UE向eNodeB回复Security Mode Commplete消息。UE收到eNodeB的Security Mode Command,选择eNodeB指示的加密算法,并生成业务承载和信令面都使用的密钥,密钥成功生成后,UE发送此消息,此消息是没有被加密的,只有在eNodeB收到Security Mode Commplete消息后,上行加密才开始。 步骤 9 UE根据RRC Connection Reconfiguration建立连接,建立成功后向eNodeB回复RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete消息。 步骤 10 eNodeB将成功建立承载的信息通过INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP RESPONSE反馈给MME。 E-UTRAN网络将安全过程和初始承载建立过程合一,安全参数与承载建立参数一并下发。eNodeB要先进行安全模式过程,但业务建立过程也就是“7”中RRC Connection Reconfiguration消息可以不用等待安全模式命令完成就可以发起,这样的处理在很大程度上减小了从UE初始接入到承载建立的时延。 RRC连接重建 本节主要讲解UE侧的RRC连接重建过程。 RRC连接重建包括了SRB1的恢复以及安全的重激活。处于连接态且安全已经被激活的UE为了继续保持RRC连接,有条件地触发此过程。如果AS层安全还未被激活,UE便不能触发此过程。 RRC连接重建触发条件 UE在如下几种情况会触发RRC连接重建: 检测到无线链路失败 切换失败 从 E-UTRAN向异系统网络切换失败时 连接重配置失败 T310超时 T300、T301、T304(T304ForEutran、T304ForGeran)或者 从底层收到了完整性检查失败指示 RRC 在满足如下任一条件时,UE认为检测到无线链路失败: 定时器 随机接入失败且定时器 T311都未运行时 RLC达到最大重传次数 eNodeB支持无线链路失败检测功能,详细信息请参见“上行无线链路检测”。 当UE从底层连续收到N310个out-of-sync指示并且此时定时器T300、T301、T304或者T311都没有运行时,则启动定时器T310。定时器T310运行时,如果UE从底层连续收到N311个in-sync指示,则停止定时器T310。T300、T301、T304、T310、T311、N311定时器的详细含义请参见《eNodeB 参数参考》。 RRC连接重建成功后,SRB1可以被恢复,其他无线承载不进行恢复。 eNodeB处理RRC连接重建将会重配置SRB1,并重新开始此无线承载上的数据传输,以及在不更改算法的前提下重新激活AS层的安全模式。 RRC连接重建流程 RRC连接重建过程如图5-4所示。 图5-4 RRC连接重建流程图 步骤 1 UE发送RRC Connection Reestablishment(重建)Request消息。根据不同的场景,消息中携带的重建原因与小区信息不同。 − 重配置失败触发的重建原因为“reconfigurationFailure”,其中的 C-RNTI和physCellId 为本小区信息。 − 切换失败触发的重建原因为“handoverFailure”,其中的 C-RNTI和physCellId为源C-RNTI和physCellId为本 小区的信息。 − 无线链路失败触发的重建原因为“otherFailure”,其中的 小区信息。 步骤 2 eNodeB进行安全参数认证,如果UE的安全参数认证信息与eNodeB的一致,则UE认证通过。UE身份认证后,eNodeB将原资源释放,重新进行准入和资源分配。 如果UE认证不通过,则eNodeB拒绝该UE这次的RRC连接重建请求。 步骤 3 eNodeB在CCCH信道上向UE发送RRC Connection Reestablishment消息,消息中携带新分配资源的信息。UE收到RRC Connection Reestablishment消息,根据消息指示重新配置无线资源,激活加密和完整性保护。 步骤 4 UE发送RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete消息给eNodeB。 RRC连接管理 RRC连接管理是指对RRC连接状态的检测和恢复。eNodeB能够对上行无线链路状况进行检测,当前有两种检测机制: 上行失步检测 上行无线链路检测 上行失步检测 上行失步检测是指对上行同步状态进行实时监测,当出现异常失步后,若UE一段时间内未恢复上行同步,则进行上行重同步。 上行异常失步 eNodeB侧会对UE的上行定时进行实时维护,以保证UE正常处于上行同步状态。如UE突然掉电或者UE进入覆盖黑洞(如进入隧道)而无法正常维护UE的上行同步而出现的UE异常失步现象。 上行异常失步后,按照协议规定,如果eNodeB侧有数据时,会触发该UE发起随机接入;如果UE侧有数据时,UE会主动发起随机接入。 上行重同步流程 上行异常失步后,eNodeB侧会主动触发UE恢复上行同步,即引入重同步操作,具体机制如下: UE异常失步后,eNodeB会触发一个重同步定时器。重同步定时器内,UE如果没有恢复上行同步的话,则eNodeB会触发UE发起非竞争的随机接入。 如果随机接入成功,则认为 UE上行同步恢复,eNodeB侧能够与UE进行正常的数据传 输。 如果随机接入失败,则假设该 UE不在网络覆盖范围内,此时并不立即将UE释放,而是 在eNodeB侧定时器超时(该定时器长度为“T311+T310+合理余量”)后将该UE释放。此过程中如果UE RRC重建成功则停止eNodeB侧定时器。 其中T310、T311为UE侧的定时器,eNodeB侧借用UE侧的定时器以便和UE侧状态保持一致。T310是UE检测到无线链路故障到确认无线链路失败(没恢复)之间的时间长度。T311是UE检测到无线链路失败发起RRC连接重建到搜索到合适小区的时间,增加合理余量是因为UE在发现的合适小区中重建需要一定时间。 上行无线链路检测 上行无线链路检测算法是指对上行无线链路质量实时监测,当上行无线链路出现问题时,eNodeB尝试对无线链路进行恢复,如果无法恢复,则将链路释放。该算法通过参数RlfDetectAlgoSwitch控制: 当 当 RlfDetectAlgoSwitch的值被置为“ON(开)”,则eNodeB进行上行无线链路检测。 RlfDetectAlgoSwitch的值被置为“OFF(关)”,则eNodeB不进行上行无线链路检测。 掉电)。 上行无线链路检测算法应用场景包括: 上行信道质量变差时(如进入隧道、覆盖空洞、UE 上行定时发生突变时(如生灭效应出现时)。 eNodeB侧会对UE上行数传的BLER进行检测,当BLER恶化到一定程度后,则认为上行无线链路失败。 eNodeB侧检测出上行无线链路失败后,会触发UE发起非竞争的随机接入。如果随机接入失败,则认为该UE不在网络覆盖范围内,此时并不立即将UE释放,而是在eNodeB侧定时器超时(该定时器长度为“T311+T310+合理余量”)后将该UE释放。此过程中如果UE RRC重建成功则停止该eNodeB侧定时器。 信令链路释放 信令链路的释放包括S1链路释放和RRC连接释放。RRC连接释放包括了UE和eNodeB之间的信令链路以及全部无线承载的释放。信令链路的释放可以是MME发起的,也可以是eNodeB发起的。UE和MME之间NAS层完成了业务流程或者UE决定终止该项业务,则MME主动向eNodeB发送释放信令链路命令;eNodeB检测到异常情况则向MME发送释放信令链路请求。 信令连接释放过程如图5-5所示。 图5-5 信令连接释放流程图 满足如下条件之一系统便可启动信令链路的释放: MME 主动发送UE Context Release Command。 eNodeB 检测到异常,向MME发送UE Context Release Request。这种情况下需要等待 MME发送UE Context Release Command消息。 信令链路释放启动后: 1. eNodeB释放传输资源,并触发释放空口的RRC连接。 2. eNodeB向UE发送RRC Connection Release消息释放空口资源,这个消息eNodeB不需要等待UE的释放完成响应。 3. eNodeB释放系统内无线资源。 4. eNodeB向MME发送UE Context Release Complete消息指示资源释放完成。 5. 释放完成消息发送后,eNodeB释放UE对应的上下文信息。 至此UE从连接态转换为空闲态。 MME也可以通过释放专用S1连接达到释放包含业务承载资源的所有S1资源的目的。 eNodeB在定时器UeInactiveTimer内对UE是否发送或接收数据进行监测,若定时器超时,UE还未接收和发送数据,则eNodeB向MME发送释放信令链路请求。 在MME发起负载平衡时,先要对此MME的相对容量进行重新配置并通知eNodeB,以便eNodeB建立连接时不会选择此MME。因为负载平衡的原因释放了RRC连接,eNodeB会将此UE重定向到其他小区或其他RAT小区。 无线承载管理 本章节描述基本特性Radio Bearer Management。 无线承载管理是对加密和完整性保护启动之后的SRB2和DRB进行管理,包括SRB2的建立和修改以及DRB的建立、修改和释放。SRB2的释放是通过信令链路的释放一起释放的,RRC释放请参见“信令链路释放”。 无线承载管理没有单独信令,是使用RRC重配置消息实现无线承载管理中eNodeB与UE的交互。RRC重配置的使用场景较多,如无线承载的建立、修改与释放,切换测量信息的配置与修改。RRC重配置消息是通过不同的信元区分不同的使用场景。 SRB2的建立与修改 SRB2建立与修改都是通过RRC重配置消息通知UE的。 SRB2的建立是在专用S1连接建立过程中的加密与完整性保护执行完之后,通过RRC Connection Reconfiguration携带srb-ToAddModList指示UE进行SRB2建立的相关操作。根据消息指示,UE建立对应的PDCP实体并配置相应的安全参数;建立RLC实体并进行配置;建立DCCH逻辑信道并进行逻辑信道的配置。信令流程图与专用S1连接建立的流程图一样,请参见图5-3。 SRB2的修改只有在相关配置信息发生变化时才执行。SRB2修改与建立使用同一个消息RRC Connection Reconfiguration。根据消息指示,UE重配置对应的PDCP实体和RLC实体;重配置DCCH逻辑信道。具体流程图如图6-1所示。 图6-1 SRB2修改流程图 DRB的建立与修改 DRB建立是在加密和完整保护后才开始执行,在UE上下文建立后,DRB建立可以通过MME下发E-RAB SETUP REQUEST 触发。RRC重配置消息中包含了Radio Resource Config Dedicated中的drb-ToAddModList,根据消息指示,UE建立对应的PDCP实体并配置相应的安全参数;建立RLC实体并进行配置;建立DTCH逻辑信道并进行逻辑信道的配置。具体信令流程如图6-2所示。 图6-2 DRB建立流程图 DRB修改是MME通过消息E-RAB MODIFY REQUEST触发的。具体流程如图6-3所示,根据RRC重配置消息指示,UE重配置对应PDCP实体,对应RLC实体,以及DTCH逻辑信道。 图6-3 DRB修改流程图 DRB的释放 DRB释放可以通过MME下发的E-RAB RELEASE COMMAND命令触发释放,也可以与信令链路一起释放,如图6-4所示。DRB释放时,RRC重配置消息中携带Radio Resource Config Dedicated信元的drb-ToReleaseList,根据消息指示,UE释放DRB对应的所有资源。 图6-4 DRB释放流程图 工程应用 随机接入、信令连接(除上行无线链路检测)、无线承载,都是基本功能,只要小区状态和IPPath状态正常即可使用。本章节只介绍上行无线链路检测算法工程应用。 上行无线链路检测算法特性开通建议 当需要对无线链路质量进行检测,减少由于无线链路质量变差而对系统造成的吞吐量下降等负面影响时,建议开通该特性。 部署前数据准备 数据准备分为两个章节。“通用数据准备”主要描述和场景无关的信息收集即只要开通该特性就要收集的信息。“场景化数据准备”主要指按照典型场景可能需要区分收集的信息。在使用过程中将“通用数据准备”的表项和“场景化数据准备”的表项依实际情况组合后构成该场景下需要收集的全部信息。 信息收集表中参数来源的说明:参数来源分为三种:网络规划(不需协商)、网络规划(对端协商)、自定义。含义分别为: 网络规划(不需协商):需要运营商规划并给出取值的参数。 网络规划(对端协商):需要与对端核心网或传输设备协商的参数。 自定义:工程人员可自行决定配置值的参数。 通用数据准备 打开无线链路检测算法开关,对应MO CellAlgoSwitch。 参数名称 Local cell
