His family was extremely poor since he was young. At the age of six or seven, his father died of illness and hatred because he was bullied by the landlord. Since childhood, Huang Jiguang has worked long-term for landlords, mowing grass and herding cattle. In the winter of 1949, after the liberation of his hometown, the village organized a peasant association. Huang Jiguang not only became the first group of members of the peasant association to fight against landlords, but also became a militia in the village. After the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea began in 1950, the country stopped demobilizing and many conscripts. In April, 1952, the army went to the front position of wusheng mountain to receive defense, but Huang Jiguang, who wanted to kill the enemy and make contributions, was assigned to the company logistics. After the careful ideological work of the Deputy instructor, Huang Jiguang understood the importance of logistics work and did a good job in everything. Huang Jiguang's second battalion was ordered to fight back against the enemy. When the attack troops were blocked and casualties were heavy, Huang Jiguang, who had been the battalion's correspondent, stepped forward and took the initiative to ask for war to eliminate the enemy's fire points. When his comrades in arms were injured and sacrificed and his ammunition ran out, Huang Jiguang resolutely blocked the enemy's loophole with his body, opening a way for the victory of the Stormtrooper force.

aid Korea. He was remembered as a special merit by the leading organ of the volunteer army and was awarded the title of \"super hero\".Huang Jiguang finally slept in the Beiling martyrs cemetery in Shenyang.
