摘要：Polyurethane polyurea particles are obtainable by an interfacial polymerizationreaction between a hydrophobic phase which is capable of forming a three-dimensionalcrosslinked structure by reaction and is a mixture comprising a polyisocyanate compoundand a polyhydroxy compound with the isocyanate groups being stoichiometrically inexcess, and a polyamine in an amount not more than one equivalent of the stoichiometricexcess of isocyanate groups in the hydrophobic phase, and by polyurethanizationreaction inside the particles.
