Healthy eating doesn’t just mean what you eat, but how you eat. Here is some advice on healthy eating.
Eat with others. It can help you to see others’ healthy eating habits. If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is more delicious.
Listen to your body. Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty—sometimes you are just thirsty, and you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.
Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Because you don’t eat for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going. You will be smarter after eating breakfast.
Eat healthy snacks like fruits, yogurt(酸奶) or cheese. We all need snacks sometimes. In fact, it’s a good idea to eat two healthy snacks between your three meals. This doesn’t mean that you can eat a bag of chips instead of a meal.
Don’t eat dinner late. In our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. Try to eat dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a chance(机会) to digest most of the food before you rest for the next 8—10 hours.

Is there a library in your school? What does it look like? Today, I’d like to tell you some libraries you might not hear of before.
In some small villages of Kenya, Africa, people want to read books. But it is impossible
to build roads to their homes. What you can see is only miles and miles of sand. Cars and (沙)buses are of little use here. So library books arrive on the backs of camels. Camels can (骆驼)
walk for a long time on the sand with the books on their backs. Two camels, a camel driver, and a librarian——a person who usually works in a library, walk to the villages. One camel carries (运载) about 400 pounds(about 180kg)of books on its back, and the other carries a tent. When they get to a village, the librarian puts up the tent and puts the books inside. People go to the tent to read and borrow books. Two weeks later, the camels come back with some new books.
Some people in the mountains and forests of northern Thailand get books in a different way. Their “libraries” are carried by elephants. These animals of big sizes can walk over the mountains and through the forests without much difficulty. Because of their size, they can carry heavy loads of books in metal(金属)bookcases. The metal stops the books from the heavy rains that fall in the mountains and forests.
Indonesia has its own way. There are over 17,000 islands(岛屿)in the country. Most people travel by boat, and their library books travel in the same way. A wooden library boat carries about 500 books in boxes at a time. When boxes of books reach the villages, the villagers come to read or borrow books.
